The founder, Mr. MING-HUI LIANG, of juridical association of aborigines in Pingtung County grows up in a difficult environment. He is grateful for his mothers support them to study in difficult life. Also, when he had taught in aboriginal tribe for thirty years and understood the difficulties of aboriginal students. He wants to change these difficulties in aboriginal tribe. As a result, he found this organization for recruit those who care aboriginal education.
Our organization had the first broad and inspector meeting in Taiwans indigenous culture park. Location: No.1-18, Feng-Jing alley, Bei-Ye village, Majia Township, Pingtung County 903, Taiwan (R.O.C.)
Originally, we only have 32 members from all walks of life, but many people are aboriginalgovernment employees, teachers, soldiers, police officers and artists. Every member is devoting themselves deeply in aboriginal education. Some are aboriginal people, some are the teachers right here, some are priests, and others are the leads of important jobs. They not only set themselves an example to others for give their love by donation or adopt poor students; they also take part in volunteer activities on weekend.

Establish tribe classroom in remote tribe.
Establish after school class in remote tribe in Pingtung
Establish after school class reunion with all after school class in different tribes in Pingtung in order to help remote rural education.
Establish junior college students returning volunteering service. Not only let those students learn how to devote themselves, but also let them learn how to contribute to their tribe.
Establish the concept like library in tribes; expand reading, set VUSAM literature scholarship and camp to stop the urban-rural gap in VUSAM aboriginal children library in Pingtung county, build by our organization.
